Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) harnesses the most powerful potential on the planet – the mind! A complete solution-based treatment, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Neuroscience.

RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.

The roots of RTT® are drawn from within areas of traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness. Its personalized approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits, and emotions – many of which we have carried with us since childhood.

These often have been so deeply buried in our subconscious that we are unaware of the past issues affecting us. By giving ourselves the potential to alter the way we think and put an end to negative self-talk, we can approach life in a positive way and move forward.

How is RTT® different from other therapies?

RTT® helps uncover the root cause of why you feel the way you do. Unlike other therapies which focus on the issue or challenge, RTT® helps discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviors that have led to the issue. Using a unique set of tools and techniques, RTT® supports the client in transforming their current issue and moving forward with a new set of more beneficial and positive beliefs.

What Should I Expect From a Session?

I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. As the client, you will work alongside me to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and what beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today. 

Once that has been achieved, I will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalized audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.

As an RTT practitioner I am equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial in communicating with the subconscious mind and accessing and addressing whatever blocks there may be. From there, the mind can be reprogrammed for success.

RTT® has achieved phenomenal success in helping people overcome all kinds of challenges, including physical health issues, infertility, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias, and weight management. Is RTT® hypnotherapy?

RTT® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. However, the RTT® method goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy by diagnosing what works best with clients to build a new, highly effective therapeutic approach.

    • When we think or say positive words about pain, it can make the pain less severe. This is because positive words can activate the reward pathways in our brains.
    • When we use positive words to talk to ourselves, it can promote self-care behaviors, such as eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough sleep.
It is important to be mindful of the words we use, both to ourselves and to others. Words create spells and have the power to heal or harm, and we should choose them wisely.

Here are some tips for using positive words to improve your health:

    • Be aware of your self-talk. Do you use positive words when you talk to yourself?
    • Be mindful of the words you use to speak to others. Choose words that are uplifting and encouraging.
    • Surround yourself with positive people. The words we hear from others can also have a big impact on our health. Make sure to surround yourself with people who use positive words.
    • Practice positive affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that we repeat to ourselves. They can help to change our thoughts and beliefs, which can in turn improve our health.
    • Be grateful. Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can boost our mood and improve our overall well-being. Make a habit of expressing gratitude for the good things in your life.

Our thoughts, feelings and the words we speak impact the quality of our life and health. Negative words can increase stress and anxiety. Chronic stress upsets the body’s hormones and depletes brain chemicals used for happiness, and can damage the immune system, chronic stress can decrease our lifespan and cause us to age faster.
